Hi everyone!
A new system update has recently been released, and version 2.5.43 is now available to all users.
As always, we have introduced a number of minor improvements focused on increasing system stability, processing speed, and overall convenience for daily platform usage.
In addition, this release includes two major new features that we would like to highlight.
New REST API
As many of you know, the system has long supported a SOAP API, which we continue to maintain for our long-standing users since the iTransfers 1.0 era.
However, this format has several limitations, such as:
- more complex integrations;
- higher development and maintenance effort;
- limited flexibility when scaling new data exchange scenarios.
As part of version 2.5.43, we have completed the development of the key methods of the new REST API for interaction with the system.
This opens significantly broader opportunities for users:
- fast integration with CRM, ERP, and internal company systems;
- automatic booking creation and updates;
- easier integration with websites, apps, and external services;
- modern and user-friendly developer documentation.
If you are interested in API capabilities, simply let us know — we will be happy to share the documentation and help you choose the best integration scenario.
New Feature – Partner Invitations
We have always seen the main mission of iTransfers as bringing all participants of the transportation service process into one unified system.
This helps eliminate communication chaos, reduce back-and-forth emails, speed up rate approvals, and automate the exchange of booking updates.
Previously, connecting a partner required the following steps:
- registering in the system;
- creating an entity;
- manually adding each other as partners;
- establishing a connection via the unique iTrID identifier.
Now this process has become significantly easier thanks to the new Partner Invitations feature.
In the Partners section, by clicking the Invite Partner button, you now have three ways to invite a partner.
By Link
For each legal entity in your account, you can create a personal invitation link.
It can be used to:
- send directly to partners;
- add to your email signature;
- include in commercial offers.
By QR Code
The system automatically generates an invitation QR code.
You can save and use it:
- on business cards;
- on POS materials;
- at exhibitions and business meetings.
By Email
Simply add a list of email addresses you would like to invite, and the system will send invitations automatically.
After receiving the invitation and following the provided link, your partner will only need to:
- complete the registration form;
- click the registration button.
After that:
- the account will be created automatically;
- the entity will be created automatically;
- the partner connection between your accounts will be established automatically.
